About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Services Representative to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
