Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities is seeking a Mid Level professional to prepare and deliver investment performance reports and presentations for clients. You will engage with clients, address inquiries, and collaborate with accounting and fund administrators to ensure accurate reporting of investor activity.

The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, and experience with data systems like Salesforce, PowerBI and Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Prepare investment performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and presentations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly investment performance reports and presentations to be delivered to clients, and ensures adherence to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
  • Addresses client queries and requests regarding investment reports promptly and effectively, working with clients on inquiries and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Collaborates with accounting and third-party fund administrators to ensure the execution of investor activity and reporting obligations for third-party private funds and tracking until completion.
  • Supports the completion of due diligence and client questionnaires, and collaborates with team members to gather report requirements from internal departments.
  • Participates in the design and creation of new report templates to provide quality control for delivered reports.
  • Assists in performing data validations and resolving data discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of client reports.
  • Understands enterprise level data flows across all firm-wide systems, impacting client reporting.
  • Develops industry and investment knowledge across traditional and alternative investment products to apply accurate information in reports.
  • Assists with investment data consolidation to provide reports to clients in a timely manner.

Experience of client onboarding and servicing activities will be an added advantage.
