This role focuses on client support, case management, requirements management, and issue resolution within the US healthcare industry. The individual acts as a key connection between clients, stakeholders, and internal Zelis teams to ensure client requests and support cases are handled accurately and within established timelines.
Key responsibilities include managing requests through the case management system, proactively monitoring support tickets, gathering and maintaining business and technical requirements, defining acceptance criteria, tracking scope changes, identifying implementation barriers, and participating in regular stakeholder meetings. The role requires meeting established KPIs and SLAs while maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
The position also requires developing a strong understanding of Zelis products, client business processes, technical systems, software, and delivery methodologies, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, Security, and Compliance policies.
Candidates should have 3+ years of US healthcare industry experience and be comfortable using web-based project management and B2B applications. Preferred experience includes requirements gathering, root cause analysis (RCA), business rule configuration, software configuration testing, Jira/Salesforce, and client or relationship management.
