Job summary

Fidelity International looks for a result-oriented professional to drive business process transformation in Fund Administration and Asset Management domains. The role emphasizes end-to-end optimization, AI-enabled productivity tools, and data-driven reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable operating models, support governance, and apply Agile/SAFe practices with emphasis on UAT and reporting delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance or related discipline.
• MBA with Engineering background preferred.
• 2-7 years of experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery or Business Transformation in Fund Administration / Asset Management / Investment Banking.
• Certifications in NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Active use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end business and delivery process optimization through simplification, standardization, process reengineering, and automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and client outcomes using AI, digital solutions, and data-driven insights.
• Liaison with business and technology teams to design and implement sustainable process improvements and operating models.
• Support BAU delivery to meet service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Support report preparation and delivery, ownership of assigned tasks, and timely delivery.
• Design, enhance, and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and client requirements.
• Analyse reporting requirements, assess operational impacts, and recommend scalable reporting and process solutions.
• Support governance through business reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking.
• Ensure robust data quality, reporting integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and control improvements.
• Support cross-functional business transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and execution.
• Apply Agile/SAFe principles to deliver change effectively and support successful business adoption.
• Prepare process documentation, standards, and knowledge assets to support operational excellence.
• Support knowledge sharing, and adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Transformation
