DESCRIPTION

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and receive inbound calls from existing customers.
• Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances professionally and effectively.
• Update customer details, call outcomes, and relevant information in the company database or CRM system.
• Follow provided scripts to communicate company offers and services effectively.
• Build rapport with customers, handle objections, and persuade prospects professionally.

Other requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, persuade customers, and handle objections.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred; freshers are also welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; degree holders may also be considered.
