Mechanical Engineer Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Execute Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant.
2. Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyze the reason for failures.
3. Grievance handling of subordinates.
4. Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines.
5. Implement energy conservation projects.
6. Coordinate with production, technical, and planning departments for smooth workflow.
7. Plan and execute Improvement plans.
8. Maintain discipline on the shop floor.
9. Provide training to workmen.
10. Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section/zone.
11. Achieve profit centre norms.
12. Spares management.
13. Man management of maintenance crew.

Job Requirements:

1. A candidate must have a minimum of fresher as a Mechanical Engineer.

Qualifications:

1. The candidate can be a Graduate from any of the following: BE/B.Tech.

Salary:

1. The salary range is between 35,000 and 60,000 Monthly. The salary will depend on the interview. This Mechanical Engineer position is a Full Time role in Coimbatore.
