Daily report to team leader.

Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database.

Should have excellent communication skills.

Regular follow-ups.

Maintain relationships with clients.

Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Good convincing power.

Presentable appearance.

Good command over English and Hindi languages.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Handle and provide solutions to customer queries.

Explain the product to customers.

Ability to work with a team.
