Responsibilities

• Fund Operations Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the lifecycle of open-ended and closed-ended funds.
• Streamline fund accounting, reporting, and compliance processes through automation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Client Onboarding Automation: Lead end-to-end automation initiatives for client onboarding processes.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Fund Automation Team. This role will be responsible for driving automation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across open-ended and closed-ended fund operations. A key focus will also include client onboarding automation and enabling AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Operations Automation Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the lifecycle of open-ended and closed-ended funds Streamline fund accounting, reporting, and compliance processes through automation Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives

• Governance & Risk Management Ensure all automation solutions comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies Monitor and maintain automation frameworks for stability, accuracy, and performance Collaborate with global stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fund operations (open-ended and closed-ended funds)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (RPA, workflow platforms, etc.)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, MS Access, and Excel

• Basic programming knowledge (Python/SQL) and data analytics concepts
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality

Experience Requirement
