Apex Group is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Specialist for the Fund Integration Team to lead onboarding and integration across fund structures in India. The role requires deep fund administration and tech experience, coordinating with clients, onboarding teams, and technology groups.

You will drive data migration, automate onboarding workflows, and ensure compliant, accurate fund setups while collaborating with global stakeholders. Requires 12+ years and expertise across major platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in fund administration or financial systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise across Geneva, Paxus, Efront, Yardi, AllVue, Investran.
• Proven onboarding, data migration, and automation/reporting development experience.
• Solid understanding of closed-/open-ended fund structures and operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and scripting/reporting tools.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Process Specialist to join our Fund Integration Team (FIT). This is a techno‑functional role focused on onboarding and integrating both closed‑ended and open‑ended fund structures across multiple fund accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fund administration and technology, with strong hands‑on knowledge of systems such as Geneva/Paxus/Efront/Yardi/AllVue/Investran. The role involves managing client onboarding, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, streamlining integration workflows, and driving automation and reporting enhancements. The candidate should be comfortable working across fund types (PE, RE, Hedge Funds, etc.) and have a strong understanding of fund structures, data migration, and system configuration.
