Job summary

State Street in Bengaluru is seeking a Client Delivery Officer to join the Client Operations Delivery team. The role focuses on ensuring successful service delivery to global clients, handling contract/SLA documentation and execution, and managing change.

You will also contribute to KPI reporting and data quality checks. You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare management reports, and support audits while maintaining strong client satisfaction and timely issue resolution, including

Qualifications

• 2+ years of custody and accounting experience
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Business
• MBA/CFA is a plus
• Excellent Excel skills and strong English

• Participate in Virtual Team meetings and work upon various Management materials for the client service unit.
• Prepare Reports related to various asks from Client Service Management.
• Produce robust, accurate reporting to provide Client Service Management
• Implement and maintain data quality checks for various client service project materials
• Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and escalated issues timely
• Track risk items for business unit and perform Risk and Control Assessment to ensure appropriate action is initiated and executed to minimize risk events

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Deliver highly valued services and solutions to clients to ensure quality services are consistently delivered and clients are offered State Street’s full range of services as their needs and our services evolve.

• Promote a collaborative cross-business and jurisdiction environment that fosters change and innovation.
• Assists with compliance reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate.
• Proactive identification of client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction.
• Work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other business units, shared services/COEs, outsource partners, external clients as needed to resolve issues/discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction through seamless processing, accuracy, and adherence to all SLAs/internal standards/guidelines
• Liaise with internal operations team, shared service teams and other business units as required to elevate and resolve client's service/ operational issue.
• Create backup and ensure Mandatory trainings are completed within timeline.
• Raise hands in case of any issues, alerts and a team player.
• Plan leaves in advance so that backup’s can pick activity seamlessly.
• Provide support during US market hours, should be comfortable with Night Shift.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Custody & Accounting – Should be well versed with financial instruments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business-related degree.
• Former Client service experience would be an advantage.
• MBA/CFA accreditation would be an advantage.
• Very good working knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent English skills.
• Must have the initiative and capability to collaborate with a diverse stakeholder base to deliver timely and high quality output
