Responsibilities

• Conduct operational management and control of the daily workflow within the team.
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through training and succession planning.
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off as well as all key metrics are produced as required.
• Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines which comply with internal and external controls to strengthen controls environment.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team.
• Provide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes.
• Process continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and risk management.
• Support all aspects of client onboarding to include AML and KYC requirements.
