AdVahan is seeking energetic Client Acquisition Executives in Jaipur to identify potential clients, present AdVahan offerings, and convert leads into customers. Roles include field visits, follow-ups, and maintaining lead data, with part-time or full-time options.

Successful candidates will have a smartphone with internet, fluency in Hindi, basic English, and strong communication skills for face-to-face sales, along with local-language proficiency.

Qualifications

• English: Basic understanding and communication.
• One local language: Fluent in at least one local market language.
• Confident and comfortable with face-to-face sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Visit the market and identify potential clients and business prospects.
• Meet prospects and understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Explain the benefits, features, and value of AdVahan offerings.
• Generate interest and identify qualified prospects.
• Enter prospect and lead information in the required form and prescribed format.
• Maintain accurate and complete lead information.
• Revisit and follow up with prospective clients.
• Address basic questions and objections from prospects.
• Coordinate with the internal team when more information is required.
• Work towards converting qualified leads into clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, explaining the benefits of AdVahan™ offerings, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the market and identify potential clients and business prospects.

• Meet prospects and understand their business and marketing requirements.

• Explain the benefits, features, and value of AdVahan™ offerings.

• Generate interest and identify qualified prospects.

• Enter prospect and lead information in the required form and prescribed format.

• Maintain accurate and complete lead information.

• Revisit and follow up with prospective clients.

• Address basic questions and objections from prospects.

• Coordinate with the relevant internal team when additional information is required.

• Work towards converting qualified leads into clients. Maintain regular follow-up and ensure that leads are not left unattended.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Smartphone with an active internet connection is mandatory.

• Comfortable using smartphones, online forms, and basic digital applications.

• Hindi: Fluent.

• English: Basic understanding and communication.

• One Local Language: Ability to communicate fluently in at least one local language of the assigned market.

• Confident and comfortable with face-to-face sales conversations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with market visits and regular follow-ups.

• Ability to explain products/services clearly and handle basic objections.

• Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented.Ability to accurately record and maintain lead information.

• Earnings of up to ₹27,000 per month

Payment

• Salary/earnings are credited on the last day of every month.

• Compensation may depend on performance, acquisition activity, and applicable terms.
