Qualifications

• MBA or bachelor’s degree in Finance-related subjects; MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in securities, settlements, reconciliation or custodian activities.
• CREST Market experience is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Global Custodians is desirable.
• Certification in securities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and send settlement instructions to depositories and agents.
• Resolve discrepancies and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Prepare pending trades reports and coordinate with custodian/agent to identify settlement issues.
• Monitor accuracy of work and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Assist in reconciling cash/stock accounts and resolve breaks.
• Provide backups and cross-train to ensure workload balance.
• Support client services to resolve settlement issues and draft MIS.
