Position Overview:

Technician & Trading Engineering-LLC, a reputable member of the Esa Saleh Al Gurg Group, is seeking a Cleaner with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of office spaces, common areas, and facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, and kitchen areas.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, windows, and furniture.
  • Empty trash bins, replace garbage bags, and ensure proper waste disposal.
  • Restroom and Kitchen Sanitation:
  • Ensure restrooms and kitchen areas are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked with supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
  • Disinfect surfaces in high-touch areas, including doorknobs, light switches, and counters.
  • Office Equipment Care:
  • Clean office equipment such as desks, chairs, computers, and other appliances to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damage or maintenance needs.
  • Periodic Deep Cleaning:
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and other intensive cleaning projects.
  • Assist with seasonal cleaning, such as deep cleaning of furniture, upholstery, and office areas.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Use cleaning products and tools in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety regulations.
  • General Support:
  • Report any cleaning or maintenance issues to the office manager or supervisor for timely resolution.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms or events as needed (e.g., arranging chairs, cleaning tables).
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cleaner or in a similar cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Previous experience in an office, commercial, or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques, cleaning agents, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in maintaining cleanliness without direct supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency is acceptable).
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects for long periods.
  • Capable of lifting cleaning supplies, equipment, and waste bags.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: 1050 AED per month (plus applicable benefits as per company policies).
  • Additional Benefits: Accommodation, transportation allowances, medical insurance, and other standard benefits as per UAE labor laws.
