Job Title : VP – Debt Advisory – Startups

Strictly for candidates with atleast 3 yrs of startup debt fundraising experience in india.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in commerce or MBA with Investment banking/VC experience

• Excellent Industry network of PE/VC – Debt funds, AIF’s and mid-corporate clientele

Experience

• A minimum, 3 yrs of PE/Investment Banking experience in sourcing and fundraise execution
• Excellent understanding of the Industry sub-sectors, its Business models, Financial analysis and Due diligence metrics
• Network of sector specific Nbfc, VC/AIF Debt funds and their Investment propositions.
• Demonstrable experience in executing mid-market and Startup Debt transactions

Job Role

• Sourcing and execution of Debt fundraise mandates for mature Startups (Series A, B and above)
• Excellent understanding, network of Nbfc’s, LP’s/funds, AIF’s and Business Intelligence of the sector
• Business Intelligence of New Funds launch, mandates, LP’s Investments trends
• Expertise in creating IM, Valuations, Term Sheets
• Thorough understanding for Deal structures and Investment models
• Experience in handling fundraising to sector specific funds and Individual firms
• Ability to structure secondary deals and Exit opportunities.
• Develop a thorough BD plan towards strengthening the Industry presence and impactful marketing initiatives.
