A Consultant is an expert with accountability for business applications (BA) in the area of Quality and Science related processes and IT applications. In this role the person would take ownership in the area of quality assurance/management, customer complaints and notifications, lab information management systems in analytics and research as well as define and deliver related services to the business. This includes reviewing and approving of changes or improvements for related products. The ownership entails a detailed understanding of application functionality and process, in order to support and maximize on how stakeholders use, manage and retrieve information from the application and business process monitoring. The job holder must have broad expertise in his/her application area. He/she would oversee and evaluate new solutions, recommends implementation of required changes and drives for continuous improvements.

Education:
University degree in business or information technology or comparable expertise.
Language: English.
Business experience:
Excellent process knowledge in the areas of Lab Information Systems like SAP QM, LIMS and ELN.
Excellent knowledge about generation and handling of inspection and science related data & information.
Enhanced project management skills and capable to lead an international/cross-functional team.
Solid knowledge about scientific content and related data structures.
Consulting experience in product selection and implementation.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at management level.
Good support and teamwork skills with the ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure.
Additional Qualifications:
Pro-active and high level of self-motivation & team working skills, communicative, Cross Cultural Understanding.
Ideally with a scientific background or interests.
Excellent analytical skills & structured working method.
Project Management – Certification in project management desirable (e.g. SCRUM).
