Job summary

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) in Bengaluru is seeking a Mortgage Claims Associate to prepare mortgage insurance claims for agencies and investors, reconcile advances, and maintain daily records. The role requires clear documentation and strong attention to detail to support post-claim activities.

You will conduct audits, validate documents, track payments, and assist with updates to claim workstations. Flexibility for night shifts and office-based work is required; immediate or short-notice

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD, FHA, FNMA, VA claim processing preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare management reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Graduate with related mortgage or insurance background preferred.

• Overtime may be required; available during normal business hours, with possible early/late hours.

• Maintain clear records and reports for management regarding daily production.
• Assist with updating appropriate workstations for claim payments.
• Follow up and track payment of filed claims.
• Conduct miscellaneous research to complete daily tasks.
• Conduct research for post-claim activities such as missing documents and/or agency inquiries.
• Complete tasks queue and notate internal system accordingly.
• All other duties as assigned. Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.

Job Skills

Strong knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and understanding of claims processing for HUD, FHLMC, FNMA, and VA.

Experience in default mortgage servicing and/or mortgage insurance claim and/or the legal field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible to work in shifts (night shift).

Flexible to work from office.

Any graduate.

US Mortgage-(FHA,FHLMC, FNMA-Claims) Experience is Mandatory.
