Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an experienced Claims Analyst for operations in Pune with remote work options. The role focuses on FNOL intake, handling multiple loss types, and applying knowledge of coverages to support claim setup and administration.

You will coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and internal partners while assessing reserve needs and exploring recovery opportunities in the US P&C domain.

Responsibilities

• Perform FNOL intake and setup with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Handle/Support multiple loss type claims: Auto, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Property, Cyber.
• Apply knowledge of coverages to support claim setup, investigation, and administration.
• Review policy information to confirm coverage, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and jurisdictional considerations.
• Conduct initial claim triage and ensure assignment to appropriate claim professional when needed.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, claimants, attorneys, vendors, adjusters, and internal partners.
• Support reserve setting and reserve adjustments based on claim facts and exposure.
• Identify severity, litigation, fraud, subrogation, and recovery opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
• Provide professional and timely communication to all stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
