Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 15–20 years of civil/structural design experience.
• Strong background in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or EPC environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design activities for international projects.

Civil & Structural Engineer Lead to join our office in Pune, India.

Role Summary

This is a leadership role where you will oversee design, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to complex international projects.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Pipe racks, equipment foundations, platforms
• Storage tanks and vessel foundations

FEED and detailed engineering phases

• Prepare design basis, engineering philosophies, and methodologies
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Mentor and guide engineering teams and designers

Project & Resource Management

• Plan and forecast manhours, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate with project managers and global teams
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality delivery

Construction & Site Support

• Oversee on-site civil & structural activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Interface with clients for technical discussions and approvals
• Participate in key project and engineering meetings

Technical Expertise

• Lead underground design including drainage, trenches, and layouts
• Ensure designs comply with international and local codes (ASME, API, IS, ACI, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Experience
• 15–20 years in civil & structural engineeringdesign
• Strong experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or EPC environments

Technical Skills

• Expertise in tools such as:STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Foundation3D, RAM Connection, Navisworks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of global design codes (IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, API, EN, etc.)
• Leadership & team management
• Strong coordination skills in multidisciplinary, global environments
• Professional level of English
