Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring construction complies with approved drawings, IS codes, and safety standards.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of civil works (reinforcement, shuttering, concreting) and finishing works (plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting).
• Material Testing: Verify quality of incoming materials (cement, steel, blocks) and coordinate with labs for testing.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to rectify defects.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to elevate overall project quality.
