Job summary

AECOM in Ahmedabad is seeking a site civil coordinator to oversee foundations, trenches, roads and utilities on major power/industrial sites.

You will verify measurements, tolerances and handover readiness against drawings and ITPs, coordinate civil fronts for equipment, track punch points, and escalate constraints to keep delivery on schedule. The role requires field measurement support to QS and collaboration with construction management to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Inspect foundations/pads, anchor/embedment provisions, trenches, internal roads, drainage, control/interface buildings and fire/utility civil provisions.
• Verify levels, tolerances, access, load-bearing/placement readiness and interface handover against approved drawings and ITPs.
• Coordinate release of civil fronts for battery-container, PCS, transformer, MV equipment and auxiliary installation.
• Track incomplete works, punch points, reinstatement and as-built requirements.
• Provide factual site measurement support to QS and readiness support to construction management.
• Escalate civil constraints affecting equipment delivery, safety separation or energization.
