Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Jaipur seeks an experienced Civil Engineer with 8-10 years in construction and project management. You will plan, execute, monitor and deliver civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with architects and contractors, review drawings and schedules, manage procurement and reporting, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8–10 years of civil construction/project execution experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil construction activities across project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and work measurements.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil engineering projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and work measurements.
• Monitor procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and change management processes.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
