Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil design and drafting experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing.
• Proficiency in E3D (Everywhere 3D) for civil infrastructure modeling.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, earthwork and road design.
• Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, sections, and details using E3D (Everywhere 3D) and AutoCAD.
• Model civil infrastructure components including earthworks, grading, drainage systems, roadways, and foundations within the E3D environment.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Ensure all designs and drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant codes.
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers to integrate civil designs with other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using E3D or other relevant software.
• Maintain and manage drawing revisions, ensuring proper document control.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.
