• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, earthwork, and road design.

• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, redlines, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
