Job summary

Anunta Tech, Inc. in Mumbai (Goregaon) seeks a Citrix L3 expert with 8+ years in IT infra. You will handle Citrix Desktop/Server virtualization, manage major incidents, and document RCAs with the team.

You’ll coordinate with OEMs during incidents, prepare POA, map storage LUNs to hypervisors, and support L2. Rotational shifts include 24x7 coverage with five working days.

Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix desktop and server virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and user management.
• Exposure to storage concepts and virtualization infra components.

Responsibilities

• Work on Desktop & Server Virtualization along with L2 & SMEs
• Work on major incidents and provide permanent fix
• Document RCAs of major incidents
• Prepare POA and implement major changes in infra
• Work on incident/issues escalated by L2 team and provide permanent fix
• Work on creating LUN, shared storage and mapped to Hypervisor
• Work with OEM during major incidents and share relevant logs

Shift timings and working days :- Rotational Shifts / 24*7 Support , 5 days
