Job summary

Neurealm is seeking a skilled Citrix Administrator to manage and support our Citrix infrastructure. You will deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring seamless access to virtual environments and optimal performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integration with AD, FSLogix, and profile management tools. Strong collaboration with network, server, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Citrix experience with modern deployments.
• Strong knowledge of XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler and PVS/MCS.
• Familiar with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Citrix infrastructure end-to-end.
• Monitor environments for high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Perform upgrades, patches and security updates.
• Integrate Citrix with AD, FSLogix and profile tools.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Citrix Administrator to manage and support our Citrix

infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and

maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related technologies. You will ensure seamless

access to virtual environments, improve system performance, and provide timely support to

end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, PVS/MCS).
• Manage and monitor Citrix environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Integrate Citrix with Active Directory, FSLogix, and profile management solutions.
• Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and environment diagrams.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
• Monitor usage and capacity planning for Citrix infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
• Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
• Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) or Machine Creation Services (MCS)
• Familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and Group
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
• Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Nutanix knowledge is plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Citrix certifications: CCA-V, CCP-V, or higher.
• Experience with Citrix Cloud and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of profile management tools such as FSLogix or Citrix UPM.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
