Citrix Support JD

1. Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Infrastructure components and workflows.
2. Handle daily tickets (problem Incidents / Requests), outages (issues) with daily follow up until resolution (requires good communication skills to end users and other internal teams).
3. Address operational Alerts from systems.
4. Assist in Citrix Infrastructure upgrade projects (when needed).
5. Handle monthly patching of Citrix servers.
6. Handle new application hosting (working with Provisioning Services images and app owner needs).
7. Troubleshoot VDI related issues.
8. Troubleshoot Windows Server 2022 related operational issues.
9. Troubleshoot Citrix Core Infra (Delivery Controller, Provisioning Services, Storefront) operational issues.

Troubleshoot AD Group Policies related operational issues.
