Who We Are

We are the Data Center Services team working under the Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure & Operations organization within IT. Our team manages and operates the global data centers for Engineering, IT, and our DCaaS clients. We manage and operate several data centers globally and have a large global footprint. We consider digitization of our DCs a top priority, with a focus on obtaining clear insight to our data center assets, allowing us to hone our processes in order to enable excellence and great outcomes for our internal Cisco customers.

What You’ll Do

Join our team to help manage the Engineering and Data Center’s Global Portfolio from the Bangalore, India location. Our team is seeking an IT professional who is focused on operational physical infrastructure project leadership and with a team-focussed attitude for global data centers in our portfolio. The job also requires participation and leadership initiatives for the global data centers, looking at our global processes, consistent standards, and satisfying outcomes for our customers world-wide. You’ll help our Network, Compute, and Storage customers manage the BGL11 Data Center as well as other Data Centers in the region.

You will work in a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about keeping Data Centers running, and a team who will “have your back.” You’ll also be working with the local Facilities teams to ensure 100% uptime of our most important facilities for Production IT and Engineering workloads. The ideal candidate will have a background in Implementation Project Management, team supervision, data center operations, budgets, and operational excellence. The candidate will have an overall knowledge of physical data center facility infrastructure, networking, compute, and storage concepts, with a proven track record of IT accomplishments consistent across their career journey.
