Maintain the Unit IT Infrastructure and support implementation of policies, procedures and compliance to meet location uptime and systems availability as per business requirement.

Accountabilities

1. Provide timely support to meet business IT requirements at locations.
2. Provide IT Support for effective IT service delivery to end users.
3. Implement and adhere to the computer system validation process for all GXP IT Systems at locations.
4. Maintain the IT Infrastructure and ensure support for new technologies for enhanced productivity and business continuity.

Education Qualification

Degree or Diploma in IT with Network or Systems Certifications.

Relevant Work Experience

4 to 5 years in IT Infrastructure domain with knowledge on IT Technologies and systems.
