Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cinematographer / Personal Videographer to capture the founders' day-to-day journey—meetings, stage moments, travel, and candid on-the-go footage.

This hands-on role requires storytelling through the lens, readiness to travel with the founders, and the ability to edit raw clips into shareable content when needed. Organising footage and maintaining equipment are essential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of videography/cinematography experience.
• Proficiency with cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio.
• Strong eye for framing, lighting, and movement.

We are looking for a dedicated Cinematographer / Personal Videographer to capture

the day-to-day journey of our founders, from meetings and stage moments to travel,

behind-the-scenes, and candid o-the-cu footage. This is a hands-on, always-ready

role for someone who can shoot on the move, tell a story through the lens, and never

miss a moment worth capturing.

Beyond shooting, the ideal candidate is disciplined about organising and managing

footage, and comfortable editing when needed to turn raw clips into shareable con-

tent. The role involves regular travel alongside the founders, so flexibility, dependability, and get-it-done attitude are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in videography, cinematography, or a similar role
• Proficiency with cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment
• Strong eye for framing, composition, lighting, and movement
• Disciplined about file organisation, labelling, and backups
• Working knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working closely with founders

Good to Have

• Experience shooting for personal brands, creators, or founder-led content
• Strong short-form editing skills for Reels, Shorts, and social content
• Basic colour grading and audio cleanup skills
• Understanding of storytelling and what makes content engaging on social platforms
