Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Should have in-depth knowledge about various frontline job platforms and other sources.
• Should be Result Oriented – Should have sourced, selected, and offered.
• Should have excellent Communication Skills – Should have excellent verbal communication skills. Will be responsible for pitching the job to the candidates and campuses.
• Should be good with Excel.
• Experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring is a must.
• Experience in campus recruitment (added advantage).

Experience:

• Experience in Frontline Sales hiring/bulk hiring (1 to 3 years).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Contractual Based

5 Days working days

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
