The Role in One Line
Be the hands‑on technology leader who builds our AI platform, AI agents and products, turns them into profitable, repeat revenue from our own brands and from clients in India, the US and worldwide, and leads a young, high‑energy team to do it.
About One World AI
One World AI Technologies is the technology company of the NUVEXA Group: founder‑led, bootstrapped and focused on profit. We build many AI products on one shared platform, and we sell them in India, the US, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Kenya and beyond.
What we build
- ONE WORLD AI Brain: our central AI operating system (shared agents, memory, data and model routing) that powers everything we make.
- AI agents: AI workers that complete real business tasks, sold as a service, through agent marketplaces, or priced per result.
- AI enterprise solutions: ready‑made AI solutions for health, pharma, D2C, retail, commerce, logistics, finance and SMBs.
- AI SaaS and enterprise software: multi‑tenant products for businesses, deployable in the cloud or in a client's own environment.
- Consumer AI apps: iOS, Android and web apps for US and global users.
- APIs and marketplaces: so partners and developers can build on, and sell through, our platform.
Who we serve
- Internal brands: our sister companies NUVEXA Biotech (RUGD MEN, SuperBeing Nutrition, Super Titans, Super Envi, AAurveda), Futura Media & Marketing and Dr. Maivyns Pharmaceuticals. They are our first, most demanding customers.
- External clients: businesses in India, the US, the Middle East, Africa and global markets.
Our rule: everything we build must be outcome‑oriented, low‑CAC, profitable, built for repeat use and retention, and ready for large scale.
Why This Role Is Different
- Build from day one: you design the platform, agents and products yourself, not just maintain someone else's.
- Real users immediately: our own brands give you live customers, live data and live revenue from the start.
- Technology and revenue together: you own not just how products work, but how they earn, collect and grow money.
- One platform, many businesses: consumer apps, SaaS, enterprise, agents and commerce, all on what you build.
- Global from the start: India, the US, the GCC and Africa.
- A young team to lead: energetic Gen Z and millennial engineers who will learn from you and grow with you.
What You Will Do
1. Build the AI Brain and core platform
- Design the shared AI platform every product runs on: agents, memory, knowledge (RAG, vector and graph stores) and data.
- Route work across commercial and open-weight AI models to balance cost, quality, speed and data location.
- Set up the agent runtime, orchestration and the MCP and A2A standards for tools and agent‑to‑agent communication.
- Release prompts, models and agent settings like code: versioned, tested and rolled out safely.
- Choose vendors wisely, and keep an exit plan for every critical one.
2. Build AI agents and the agent economy
- Build AI agents that complete end‑to‑end work in sales, support, marketing, operations, finance, supply chain and compliance.
- Launch agent marketplaces, agent‑as‑a‑service, AI "digital employees" and agent‑to‑agent commerce.
- Price agents by results (per task, lead, order or resolution) as well as by subscription and usage, and prove each result delivered.
- Make agents safe to trust: identity, permissions, spending limits, audit trails and human approval for big decisions.
3. Ship consumer apps, SaaS and enterprise products
- Consumer apps: fast, stable iOS, Android and web apps for millions of users, with app store compliance, multiple languages and trust and safety (moderation, abuse prevention, age checks).
- SaaS: self‑serve sign‑up, admin consoles, single sign‑on, roles and quick onboarding.
- Enterprise: shared cloud, dedicated or private deployment, deep integrations (ERP, CRM, health records, commerce, payments, WhatsApp) and enterprise SLAs.
- Developers: public APIs, SDKs, a developer portal and partner marketplaces.
4. Sell AI solutions to our brands and to clients
- Turn what we build for our own brands into packaged solutions we sell to outside clients.
- Offer fixed‑scope solutions that go live in weeks, not months, with clear ROI.
- Agree the target outcome with each client before go‑live, and report results every month.
- Keep most of every client solution on the shared platform, so each new client is fast and profitable.
- Support pre‑sales: solution design, technical demos and security reviews.
5. Build the revenue engine
You will own the full revenue loop, from the first click to profit in the bank:
Acquire Activate Earn Collect Account Retain Expand Reinvest
Ways we earn
- Subscriptions, free trials, plans, in‑app purchases and web checkout.
- Prepaid credits and wallets shared across all apps and agents.
- Usage‑based, outcome‑based and hybrid (seats plus usage) pricing.
- Enterprise contracts, white‑label and reseller licensing.
- Paid implementation, managed AI‑ops, premium support and an AI academy.
- Model fine‑tuning and private hosting.
- A NUVEXA membership across all group brands and apps.
- Advertising, retail media, affiliate, creator and marketplace revenue.
- Embedded finance (EMI/BNPL) through licensed partners, and consent‑based data products once privacy controls are certified.
- Local pricing for each market.
Getting paid and accounting for it
- Payments across Razorpay/UPI, Stripe and regional providers in the GCC and Africa, with smart routing.
- Recurring payments that follow RBI rules (card e‑mandates and UPI AutoPay).
- Failed‑payment recovery, collections and partner, creator and developer payouts.
- Revenue recognition (Ind AS 115 / ASC 606), CPQ quoting, ERP integration and a fast month‑end close.
- Tax and e‑invoicing in every market: GST in India, UAE and Saudi (ZATCA) e‑invoicing, Kenya eTIMS and Nigeria NRS.
6. Grow with low CAC, high retention and profit
- Acquire customers cheaply: product‑led growth, referrals, partners, cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and products AI assistants can find.
- Measure acquisition cost properly, with attribution and marketing‑mix modelling.
- Get new users to value fast: free trial accounts, starter credits and guided onboarding.
- Keep customers: churn prediction, upsell and cross‑sell, pause and win‑back flows, annual plans and feedback loops.
- Grow accounts: start with one use case per client, then expand across teams, brands and countries.
- Build the partner programme and a single customer view across all brands, with consent respected.
- Run pricing experiments, A/B tests and growth loops safely.
7. Power NUVEXA commerce (D2C)
- Subscribe‑and‑save and AI‑predicted reorders.
- Cut cash‑on‑delivery returns (RTO) with risk scoring, address checks and WhatsApp order confirmation.
- WhatsApp commerce: catalogue, cart, payment and reorders.
- Integrations with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, ONDC, Noon and Jumia.
- Smarter ads, pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, inventory and logistics.
- A personalised, compliant AI wellness advisor.
8. Keep everything secure, compliant and reliable
- Build security in from the start: zero‑trust agents, encryption, red‑teaming and AI incident response with kill switches.
- Keep data in the right country, isolated for each client and brand.
- Meet privacy and AI laws: India DPDP, HIPAA, GDPR‑style laws, the EU AI Act and GCC and African data laws, working with Legal and the DPO.
- Health AI is doctor‑led and consent‑based, with no autonomous diagnosis, and meets medical‑device rules where they apply.
- Lead certifications: ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ISO 42001.
- Set engineering standards: CI/CD, testing, rollbacks, uptime targets, AI evaluations and monitoring.
9. Control cost and protect margin
- Target an AI gross margin of 60% or more at scale.
- Track the cost to serve each customer, product, agent and result.
- Cut AI spend with caching, budgets, cheaper models where quality allows, and spending caps.
- Set price floors so every product makes money, and reinvest proven margin into growth.
10. Lead, grow and retain a young team
- Be part of the team, not above it: code alongside them, join stand‑ups, hackathons and launches.
- Give ownership: every engineer owns a real product, client or agent, with clear goals.
- Set high standards: weekly goals, short sprints, demo days and open scorecards; address under‑performance fairly and fast.
- Recognise and reward: public recognition, performance‑linked incentives and fast‑track growth.
- Help people grow: learning budgets, the latest AI tools, certifications and a clear path from engineer to lead, architect and head.
- Build a great culture: fast, flat, AI‑first, feedback‑driven and free of politics.
- Stay close: regular one‑on‑ones and pulse checks to catch burnout early.
- Hire smart: first check whether reskilling, AI agents, automation or partners can do the job before adding headcount; then attract talent through hackathons, internships and the Bengaluru tech community.
