Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief/Senior Manager in Insurance, located in Jaipur. The Chief/Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the complete insurance operations cycle, including IRDAI reporting, compliance, and internal audits. The role covers policy issuance, renewals, commission reconciliation, claims oversight, and customer complaint management.
The position also requires handling medical underwriting cases within defined TATs and overseeing the nomination, examination, and certification of Specified Persons. The role demands close collaboration with insurance partners, regulators, and internal teams while leading a small team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the role demands to drive operational improvements, support digitization initiatives, and strengthen compliance frameworks, making this role a critical contributor to the company’s insurance vertical.
