Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Own and lead the overall revenue strategy, ensuring sustainable and scalable revenue growth across all channels.
- Define and execute short-term and long-term revenue plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and monetization strategies to accelerate growth.
- Develop scalable pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization strategies.
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
- Establish best-in‑class sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline management systems.
- Drive predictable revenue performance through disciplined sales execution and performance management.
- Strengthen enterprise sales capabilities and improve win rates across key markets.
Go-to-Market & Market Expansion
- Define and refine the company's go-to-market strategy to maximize revenue impact.
- Lead market expansion initiatives across new geographies, industries, and customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize demand generation, lead conversion, and revenue funnel performance.
Customer & Partner Revenue
- Strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to revenue growth.
- Work closely with customer success teams to drive retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.
- Improve customer lifetime value through cross-sell, upsell, and long-term account development strategies.
Revenue Operations & Forecasting
- Implement robust revenue operations, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven revenue decision-making.
- Continuously optimize the revenue funnel, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with product, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to align revenue strategy with product innovation and business goals.
- Translate company vision into revenue-generating initiatives and measurable growth outcomes.
Key Requirements
- 15-28 years of professional experience, with significant leadership experience in revenue, sales, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and scaling revenue organizations in high-growth companies.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales, revenue strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales and revenue teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive revenue decisions.
- Experience in building predictable revenue pipelines and improving sales productivity.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Preferred Background
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or platform companies.
