  • Lead faculty and staff development aligned to OKRs, including targeted skill-building and monitoring adoption of AI tools.
  • Drive mindset changes and cultural shifts; perform direct interventions in classrooms, labs, and offices with actionable feedback to encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Mentor and build entrepreneurship capability; develop guidelines and training programs for mentors of startups, student entrepreneurs, and AI initiatives; organize Entrepreneurship Boot Camps & Hackathons with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee SOP and workflow adoption; conduct hands-on demonstrations after SOP documentation, gather feedback, and implement immediate adjustments to reduce confusion and improve operationalization.
  • Establish performance tracking and iterative improvements; create simple competency dashboards to monitor skill acquisition, AI tool usage, and entrepreneurial engagements, updating progress monthly.
  • Lead a two-year human capital transformation with a structured timeline and quarterly milestones; ensure consistency, sustainability, and continuous improvement of capabilities.
