URGENT HIRING FOR CHIEF NARKETING OFFICER || LOCATION - AHMEDABAD
Locations: Ahmedabad
Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Experience: 8+ years
CTC: upto 30 LPA - 40 LPA (depends on interview)
Working Days: 6 days
Objective: To lead and innovate the company’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth through data-driven and creative marketing initiatives, ultimately achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Align marketing goals with overall business objectives, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and brand reach.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and create strategic approaches to guide them along the buying journey.
- Revenue Growth and Business Target Achievement
- Own and be accountable for achieving marketing-driven revenue and growth targets, contributing to profitability and long-term success.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to set realistic yet ambitious targets and ensure marketing initiatives meet these goals.
- Brand Management and Positioning
- Develop and execute branding strategies to maintain positive public perception and support business goals.
- Conduct regular brand audits to assess and refine brand positioning for competitive advantage.
- Campaign and Budget Management
- Design and oversee marketing plans and campaigns aimed at lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Manage marketing budgets to optimize spending and maximize ROI, adjusting resources to align with business priorities.
- Market Research and Trend Adaptation
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, using data to inform strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Customer Insights and Experience Enhancement
- Gather and share customer insights with leadership to ensure a customer-centric approach that supports growth.
- Enhance customer experience across touchpoints, addressing pain points to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Narrative and Storytelling
- Develop engaging narratives for products and services to clearly communicate value and support sales targets.
- Tailor messaging for each stage of the customer journey to improve brand resonance and retention.
- Social Media and Digital Strategy
- Drive social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to sales growth.
- Manage content strategy across digital platforms to foster engagement and align with marketing objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Analytics
- Establish and track KPIs directly linked to business targets; use data to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Regularly analyze marketing performance to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
- Strategic Partnerships and PR Management
- Develop partnerships and manage PR to enhance brand reputation and visibility, supporting brand positioning and revenue goals.
- Respond to media inquiries and represent the company at public events to increase credibility and trust.
- Event Planning and Representation
- Organize and participate in events focused on networking, lead generation, and customer engagement to help meet targets.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a results-oriented marketing team, set clear targets, foster a high-performance culture, and align with business goals.
- Innovation and Technology Integration
- Adopt new marketing technologies and approaches to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and help achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Crisis Management and Brand Protection
- Execute crisis communication plans to protect the brand and minimize disruption to targets and revenue growth.
