Polycab India is seeking a senior Cable Design & Development leader. The role targets candidates with 12–18 years of experience and a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, with M.Tech preferred in Power Systems or Cable Engineering.

You will lead design teams for LV to EHV cables, ensure IEC/IS/BS/ASTM compliance, drive product development and testing, and manage cross‑functional projects with a focus on on‑time delivery and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• M.Tech in Power Systems or Cable Engineering preferred.
• 12-18 years of experience in Cable Design & Development.
• Strong experience in LV, MV, HV, and EHV Cable Design.

Responsabilités
