Role Overview

As the Chief Manager - Risk, your role involves developing, refining, and implementing a robust risk management framework aligned with future needs and market best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare product level Risk Deck to analyze product performance against key risk metrics, early bucket bounces, and flow rates, providing actionable insights to the credit and business team
• Conduct portfolio reviews focusing on delinquency reports, Early Warning System (EWS) reports, and collaborate with business units on intervention and resolution strategies
• Provide feedback for amending credit policy based on risk analysis and direct the business team on variance correction
• Analyze key data elements, interpret cross-period movements, and understand macro mechanics of the system
• Conduct hind‑sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation review
• Monitor high value cases in real time and collaborate with Finance and credit team on building and aligning ECL models

Qualification Required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail credit/risk space with a reputable bank or NBFC
