Job summary

InCred Group is seeking a data analytics professional to design and deploy risk scorecards for Personal Loans and unsecured business loans. The role emphasizes statistical and ML methods, data modeling, and scalable pipelines to improve risk assessment and disbursal efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams to standardize ML workflows, validate models post-implementation, and monitor performance across multiple datasets, ensuring robust credit risk scoring.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech/BE degree; certifications in Data Analytics are a plus.

Job description

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Develop acquisition scorecard model for Personal Loan / Unsecured Business Loans.
• Use Statistical & ML tools for creating comprehensive risk scorecards
• Implement optimised workflows for the production code of risk scorecards to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Create a standardized machine learning workflow to obtain results across multiple datasets
• Optimize the risk scorecard to achieve incremental disbursals
• Conduct post-implementation validation and monitoring of the risk scorecards

Key Skills:

• At Least 2 years of relevant experience on developing acquisition scorecards for Personal Loan Product with overall 4-5 years’ experience in business analytics
• Analytical thinking, problem solving ability, and good communication skills
• Strong Oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & excellent numerical ability
• Technical Skills / Tool : Data Modelling, Python programming, SQL, Advanced Excel, Data Visualization, Credit Risk Modelling, Big Data

Qualification:

B. Tech/M.Tech/ B.E. (certifications in Data Analytics will be an added advantage)
