Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across functions such as engineering, quality, EHS, sourcing, and HR, as well as external stakeholders like customers and suppliers, to oversee depot activities, fleet management, and maintenance operations.
You’ll specifically take care of leading troubleshooting efforts and ensuring fleet performance targets are achieved, but also driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
