Qualifications

• Experience within PMS / Mutual Fund / AMC environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the firm’s investment philosophy, asset allocation framework, and sectoral approach across PMS and AIF mandates.
• Deliver performance in line with risk-adjusted return expectations over long cycles.
• Align investment process with long-term client objectives and firm values.
• Portfolio Management: Directly manage flagship PMS/AIF portfolios with AUM of 5000 or above.
• Oversee asset selection, position sizing, entry/exit timing, and liquidity management.
• Monitor macro & micro risks; implement hedging or tactical asset allocation as required.
• Research Oversight: institutionalize deep fundamental research across sectors, themes, and cycles.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing investment team including sector analysts and portfolio managers.
• Attract, develop, and retain top investment talent; foster integrity, curiosity, and ownership.
• Build succession and scaling capabilities for future growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives including product pipeline, client conversations, and investor education.
• Participate in key client and partner meetings as needed; ensure SEBI compliance and internal risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the firm’s overall investment philosophy, asset allocation framework, and sectoral approach across PMS and AIF mandates

Preferred Profile

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Fund Manager

• Experience within PMS / Mutual Fund / AMC environment.

Qualifications

• CFA, CA, MBA (Finance), or other relevant qualifications preferred
