Biz2X LLC seeks an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead global information security, product security, technology risk, data protection, AI governance, fraud prevention, and operational risk management across our digital lending platform and lending operations.

The ideal candidate will drive security strategy across cloud, applications, data, AI, and identity management while partnering with regulators and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years leading security functions.
• Strong expertise in cloud security, application security, identity & access management, risk management, compliance, and incident response.
• Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, AI governance (ISO 42001/NIST AI RMF), fraud management, and data privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to engage with Boards, regulators, enterprise clients, and technology leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will drive security strategy across cloud, applications, data, AI, and identity management while partnering with enterprise clients, regulators, and executive leadership. This role will own security certifications, incident response, compliance, third-party risk, fraud controls, resilience programs, and the implementation of AI security and governance frameworks.
