Job summary

Emerson is seeking a senior analog IC design engineer to lead the design and development of high‑performance analog circuits and systems. You will define architecture and technical strategy for analog hardware platforms aligned with product goals, and mentor engineers.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across analog, digital, and product management, drive design reviews and validation, and ensure documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• For This Role, you will need strong expertise in analog circuit design, including signal conditioning, power management, measurement technologies and low-noise design.
• Proven experience leading complex hardware development projects in an R&D environment.
• Ability to translate system requirements into scalable, high-quality analog hardware solutions.
• Solid understanding of design tools, simulation methods, and validation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
