Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO to lead and manage the complete finance function across multiple business verticals, including Gems & Jewelry, Construction, IT, and Insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in finance, accounts, wealth management, treasury operations, taxation, audits, and compliances. The role will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the Chairperson.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete Finance & Accounts operations across group companies
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Drive wealth portfolio enhancement and financial growth strategies for Gems & Jewelry and other business verticals
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure efficient treasury management, banking relationships, cash flow planning, and fund management
• Handle direct & indirect taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee forex transactions, export finance, export documentation, and international banking operations
• Implement strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial discipline across businesses
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to top management for business decision-making
• Lead fundraising, banking negotiations, and financial restructuring initiatives whenever required
• Monitor risk management practices and ensure financial stability of the organization
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team of 2030 professionals
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities
