Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function of Manappuram Jewellers.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management.
• Manage treasury operations, working capital, banking relationships, and fund mobilization.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS and dashboards.
• Monitor profitability across retail outlets and segments.
• Ensure GST, Income Tax, Companies Act compliance and governance.
• Establish internal controls and risk management in jewellery finance.
• Oversee bullion accounting, stock audits and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators and stakeholders.
• Support expansion, investments and strategic decisions with financial analysis.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and drive process improvements.

Position Summary

Manappuram Jewellers is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, governance, and operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the jewellery industry and possess strong expertise in financial management, bullion accounting, inventory controls, taxation, compliance, profitability analysis, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function of Manappuram Jewellers.


• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.


• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.


• Manage treasury operations, working capital, banking relationships, and fund mobilization.


• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

Experience & Skills

• \bMinimum 10-15 years of experience in the Jewellery Industry is mandatory.


• Proven experience as CFO, Head Finance, VP Finance, Finance Controller, or equivalent leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of jewellery retail finance, bullion management, inventory controls, taxation, and compliance.


• Expertise in financial planning, treasury management, cost control, and business finance.
