Job summary

OPG Developers is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. The role requires leadership in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and long-term financial planning.

You will manage project-wise financial planning, cost control, profitability analysis, treasury operations, and working capital management, while ensuring compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA, FEMA and other regulations, and presenting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage project-wise financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Oversee treasury operations, working capital, and cash flow management.
• Arrange project finance, construction finance, and working capital facilities from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
• Lead financial due diligence for land acquisitions, joint development agreements (JDAs), and strategic investments.
• Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, inventory valuation, and fund utilization.
• Supervise accounting, taxation, internal controls, payroll, and audit functions.
• Present financial reports, business insights, and risk assessments to the Board and senior management.
• Develop robust financial governance, SOPs, and internal control systems.
• Support business expansion, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
