We are looking for an accomplished Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM).

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business transformation leadership, deep SCM understanding and strong technology orientation, with proven experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, data & analytics, ERP and cloud technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring close collaboration with CEO/CXO and business leaders to transform operations, improve supply-chain performance, accelerate digital adoption and deliver tangible ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & Strategy:

• Define and execute the enterprise digital transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with CXO and functional leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities.
• Build strong business cases with clear ROI, cost savings, productivity, revenue and operational improvement metrics.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs across the organization.
• Establish governance and KPIs to measure adoption, benefits realization and business impact.

Supply Chain Transformation:

• Drive digital transformation across the end-to-end supply chain, including:
• Demand & Supply Planning / S&OP / IBP
• Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
• Supplier Management
• Manufacturing & Production Planning
• Inventory Optimization
• Warehouse Management
• Transportation & Logistics
• Order Management & Fulfillment
• Supply Chain Visibility / Control Tower

Leverage digital technologies to improve forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, working capital, procurement savings, supply-chain resilience and customer service levels.

AI, Data & Automation:

• Identify and scale AI, GenAI and Agentic AI use cases across business and supply-chain operations.
• Drive AI/ML initiatives for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier risk, predictive maintenance and logistics optimization.
• Champion intelligent automation, workflow automation and process mining.
• Build a strong data-driven culture with advanced analytics and real-time decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate governance around AI, data privacy, security and responsible AI.

Enterprise Platforms & Technology:

• Provide strategic direction for enterprise platforms including SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ecosystems.
• Drive modernization through cloud, data platforms, IoT, Industry 4.0, automation and integration technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define build-vs-buy strategies.
• Build strategic relationships with technology partners, consulting organizations, startups and system integrators.

Leadership & Change Management:

• Build and lead high-performing digital transformation teams.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of digital platforms and new ways of working.
• Partner with business and HR leadership to strengthen digital capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders and create executive-level alignment around transformation priorities and investments.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

• 18-25+ years of experience across digital transformation, technology, supply chain and/or business operations.
• Significant leadership experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Management with transformation exposure across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, cloud and enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building transformation business cases and delivering measurable ROI/business outcomes.
• Experience managing large teams, technology partners and system integrators.
• Strong track record of influencing and presenting to CEO/CXO/Board-level stakeholders.
