Job summary

Soul AI is seeking a Chemistry Specialist to join our team and contribute to AI training projects. If you have a strong understanding of Chemistry and experience preparing students for JEE Advanced, we want you on board.

You will provide high-quality tutoring sessions, develop and refine chemistry problems for AI training, ensure accuracy of chemistry data, and collaborate with the AI team to improve chemistry reasoning.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry is required.
• Minimum 1+ years tutoring experience.
• Experience in EdTech and familiarity with the JEE Main/Advanced patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
• Proven track record of improving JEE Advanced scores.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts.
• Ability to work independently and tailor lessons.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation.
• Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in chemistry-related data.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics, including Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvements in their JEE Advanced scores.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
