Job summary

Soul Ai is seeking a Chemistry Educator to join our team and contribute to AI training projects with a focus on JEE Advanced preparation. You will design personalized tutoring sessions and create clear, step-by-step explanations for complex Chemistry concepts.

You will develop and refine chemistry problems and explanations for AI training, ensure accuracy and consistency, and collaborate with the AI team to align content with real-world principles. PhD in Chemistry required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry.
• A minimum of 1+ years of tutoring experience.
• EdTech sector experience and knowledge of JEE Main/Advanced patterns.
• Strong understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics (Organic/Inorganic/Physical).
• Proven track record of improving student scores.
• Excellent communication and ability to tailor lessons.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation.
• Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training.
