Job summary

Soul AI, a pioneering AI-focused company, seeks a Chemistry PhD to contribute to data annotation and model refinement through RLHF and SFT techniques. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence AI research in chemistry.

You will annotate chemistry data, provide feedback on AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, help develop problem sets, and work with AI researchers to improve chemistry capabilities.
